The emergence of the cloaking economy

I expect plenty of cloaking technologies will emerge for the mass market, things that use technology to help us block or evade technology. Wade Roush has just posted this article on a rather simple one: the Slydial stealth voice messaging service, which “offers the illusion of communication.”

Wade’s write-up is a grabber. He starts “Sartre said “Hell is other people.” A local startup seems to be banking on that sentiment.”
